Neil deGrasse Tyson’s Testimony

Send to Kindle

On 07 March 2012, Neil de Grasse Tyson spoke in front of the US Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation. This is a video of his testimony. He gives an opening statement, followed by questions from the Committee.

This is well worth the 25:49 it takes to listen to. Dr. Tyson speaks to the kind of passion that infused the "golden age" of American space travel, and can once again animate new ventures in science, both "out there" and here on the ground.
